Chatelaines and the Media Representatives
Our wonderful counterparts in the Media office are quickly building some solid guidelines for our Society to follow, to help us create a good public image of our modern world. While our outreach medias are intended for different target audiences, our offices commonly work together to provide a consistent image across the board for our Society. Our Media Representatives are charged with creating materials for all officers to use to promote our Society, Kingdoms, and local groups. The Media relations office has a clearly defined idea of what is within their purvue. Here are the policies regarding media relations, including that of press releases for events and demos and what kinds of advertising we may do with the approval of our Kingdom Media office.
